    • Our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, Allan "Blaine" Clark, 76, returned home to his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, December 10, 2002 at the Brigham City Nursing and Rehab. after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
      He was born on March 18, 1926 in Fairview, Utah, to Otto Ferdinand and Jessie Marie Nielsen Clark.
      He was in the Army during World War II where he served in the Phillippines and was also in the National Guard during the Korean Conflict. Allan married Colleen McCrary on April 14, 1955 in the Salt Lake Temple, they then built a home and settled in Brigham City. Allan was a member of the Brigham City 12th Ward where he was a home teacher, Elder's Quorum Secretary, Sunday School counselor and participated in genealogical extraction. He retired from Hill Air Force Base after more than 35 years of Civil Service in the motor pool. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and had the ability to fix almost anything. Surviving are his wife, Colleen of Brigham City; three children, Melanie Farris of Brigham City; Darin of Draper; Richard (Jolene) of Brigham City; six grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one brother, Noel Clark, Fairview, UT.
      Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at the Brigham City 12th Ward, 620 North 300 East. Friends may call on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Gillies Funeral Chapel, 634 East 200 South, Brigham City and on Saturday from 10:00 to 10:40 a.m. at the church.
      Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery, where military honors will be accorded by the VFW Post 1695 Honor Guard.
