    • Debra Colleen Bateman, age 63, died peacefully after a short time with cancer on July 17, 2017 in Ogden, Utah. Debbie is survived by her brothers; John Morgan Bateman (Gayle) of Highland, UT, Robert Lee Bateman of Ogden, Utah, and her sister Jill Bateman Dunn (Joel) of Tooele, UT. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Tina Diane Glass (Lou), of Ogden, UT.
      Debbie was born on November 24, 1953 in Ogden to parents Horald Morgan and Afton Bingham Bateman. She never married.
      Debbie participated in music and art, enjoyed painting. She graduated from Ogden High School. She worked a short time at a few businesses, but had to deal with epilepsy for most of her adult life. She was limited in life, but maintained a good attitude and remained faithful in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
      A viewing will be held at Leavitt’s Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, UT on Saturday, July 22, from 9:45 to 10:45am followed by a graveside service at 11:00 am for all family and friends.
      Interment at Leavitt’s Aultorest Memorial Park.
