My uncle, Niels Hartvig Forsberg Nielsen, was born in Brooklyn, NY on June 7, 1898. My records show that he died at the age of 21 from the Spanish Flu on Sept 16, 1918 in Boston, MA. The family story is that he died while on board ship as a Merchant Marine. My guess is that the ship was in Boston harbour and probably quarantined. I would like to find some documentation of his death or any other information anyone may have about him. I have tried several approaches to research on the internet, but to no avail. Where should I go to find a record of his death? Thank you.
