Parker SALT LAKE CITY - Mrs. Minnie Affleck Zitting Rossiter Parker, 69, former Ogden resident, died at her home in Salt Lake City Wednesday after an illness. Mrs. Parker was born Sept. 17, 1898, in Salt Lake City, a daughter of William Preston and Minnie Benzon Affleck. She had been music director for the Salt Lake LDS Stake Singing Mothers and was soloist, organist and chorister for the church. She was married to Charles Frederick Zitting. They were divorced. She ws married to George Alfred Rossiter in May 1934 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died in 1963. She was married to O. Melvin Parker in July 1967. Surviving are her husband, two sons and one daughter, Frederick Affleck Zitting, Redondo Beach, Calif.; William Affleck Zitting, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Jack (Elaine) Selander, North Ogden; 11 grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Charles C. (Katy) Rich, Berniece Affleck, both of Salt Lake City. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Deseret Mortuary in Salt Lake City. Friends may call at the mortuary tonight from 6 to 8 and Saturday prior to services. Burial in Ogden City Cemetery.
