  Funeral services for Vergean Lundberg, age 76, of Milaca will be held at 1 PM on Monday, September 21, 2009 at Milaca Evangelical Free Church. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery in Milaca. Visitation will be from 2 - 5 PM on Sunday at Peterson-Johnson Funeral Home in Milaca. Vergean Sadina Lundberg was born December 23, 1932 in Kanabec County, MN to Oscar and Pearl (Crites) Johnson. She graduated from Ogilvie High School and went on to graduate from St. Cloud State University. She married Gordon Lundberg on August 23, 1964 at the Milaca Evangelical Free Church. Vergean taught music in Janesville, Mora and at the Faith Christian School. She also taught piano lessons to hundreds of children over the years. Vergean was a member of the Milaca Evangelical Free Church where she was active in the White Cross and served as choir director. She also made many rugs for people over the years. She died on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at the St. Cloud Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Gordon of Milaca and also by many cousins, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
