  William J. Hislop Born on December 9th, 1921 in Oakland, CA to William A. and Mary Hislop. Died October 29th, 2003. He grew up in Richmond and served in the US Army Air Corps during World War II. After serving in the Pacific, he returned and graduated with highest honors in Business Administration from UC Berkeley. He was on the Cal Rowing Team. He remained an active member of Phi Kappa Tau fraternity. He owned Marin Maintenance Company for forty years and enjoyed his work while living in San Rafael. He is survived by his sister, Barbara Johnson; his former wives, Lore and Elna; his daughters, Kathi Lindstrom and Jo Moore; his son, Scott; five wonderful grandchildren; and three nieces. He loved his family and life. He enjoyed barbecuing, playing Bridge, gardening, golf, tennis and skiing in the Sierras. An avid sports fan, he supported the 49'ers and SF Giants with great enthusiasm. A wonderful family and friends blessed his life. They were the joy of his life. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service to honor Bill at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 11th, 2004 at Church of Our Saviour in Mill Valley. Donations may go to Hospice of Marin located in Corte Madera.
