  Our amazing mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend passed away surrounded by loved ones after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born to Richard and Ruth Paxman Sr. in SLC, UT. She married Bruce Blatnick Sr. on Sept. 15, 1967; together they had 4 beautiful children. They later divorced but remained best friends. She worked for SLVHD for over 20 years, where she enjoyed helping others and being with her many friends. She is survived by her children, Bruce Jr. (Christie), Ruth, Michael (Jennilyn), and Michelle (Ray), mother, Ruth, siblings, Darlene (Kevin), Richard Jr., David (Connie), grandchildren, Erika, Brady, Morgan, Hailie, Tre, Drake, Analisa, Felicity, Arissa and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by husband, Bruce Blatnick Sr., father, Richard Paxman Sr., grandson, Alexander Trane, and sister-in-law, Julie Paxman. Donations can be made at Granite Credit Union in Diana Blatnick's name. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 12, 2012 at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 10600 South 1950 East Sandy, UT at 2 p.m. Friends and family may call Wednesday, from 6-9 p.m. and 12:30-1:45 prior to services.
